Inner self in the spotlight: self-disclosure in playback theatre
We will delve deeper into ourselves through theatrical improvisation techniques to bring out new and important insights about ourselves, perhaps to see ourselves from a new perspective and to express our voice.
Playback is social improvisational theatre, where actors perform the audience's stories without preparation, turning each story into a small performance. It is theatre for social change, connecting people with different experiences. It is a safe space to explore oneself and the environment through artistic methods. Playback exists at the intersection of contemporary performing arts and the healing practice of creative and human exchange.
