Tattoo by Eva/Evos xata and Beatrix/Bendrai Barbershop. It is a place, where you can express your feelings through a tattoo. It is a place where you can get rid of unnecessary emotions by "cutting off" them or changing your look. It is a place where you can be free, experience lightness, new beginnings and the pleasure of being whatever you want to be.
Skin to Skin
At SapfoFest you will experience an interactive sound installation exploring the relationship between human touch and sound. The installation strategically places speakers, MIDI controllers and copper panels. The installation is introduced by a mediation and demonstration. The installation operates with two roles: one is the "Grounding Artist" and the other/others are the "Notes". By touching the skin of the "Grounded" or vice versa, unique sounds are generated through MIDI controllers and played back through speakers. Participants can experiment in pairs or small groups, clothed or naked, to discover different sounds and rhythms by touching different parts of each other's skin.
