Power fitness

Let's feel what our bodies can do. Let's feel our power. We'll start with a warm-up and then continue with bodyweight exercises. If you want, you can push all the way, but we also invite you to just enjoy the movement, to feel your body, your breath, to move with your own rhythm and intensity. We will finish the session with cool down and stretching exercises.
