Queer Runners Vilnius is a crew of queer runners based in Vilnius who, come snow, storms, or heatwaves, gather to celebrate movement, the LGBTQ+ community, and the freedom to be ourselves. During the Sapfo Festival, we invite you to join us for a morning run — to wake up our bodies after a utopian night, stretch, breathe, and move however feels right. Pace and experience don’t matter — we shape the run together, and everyone is welcome. For nearly a year, we’ve been meeting every Tuesday evening at Lukiškės Square for gentle, no-pressure runs. At Sapfo, we’re bringing this queer utopia to the festival fields in the morning. Don’t forget your comfy sneakers and come run with us! 🌈👟

In this dance workshop, we’ll move through Afro and Dancehall-inspired techniques to reconnect with our bodies, rhythm, and unapologetic self-expression. Expect sweat, a lot of peach-shakes and whines, attitude, and space to be loud, sensual, and free. Through guided movement and shared energy, we’ll explore how dance can be a tool of resistance, joy, and radical self-love. No perfection needed — just your presence, your fire, and your truth. 🫶

Twerk It Out with Vanilla To The Max

This is more than just a Twerk and Feminine Movement class. It’s a journey inward – an empowerment of your heart, body, and mind. Through dance, we will rediscover courage, femininity, self-confidence, and genuine joy. We’ll begin the workshop with a short theoretical introduction, where I’ll share the roots of Twerk, its cultural background, and evolution. Then we’ll move into the practical part: body preparation, movement technique, and a mini choreography that brings everything together into one expressive dance. My sessions are open to everyone – from beginners to advanced dancers. Experience is not what matters most here, but the willingness to grow, relax, and feel free. I invite all women to become the divas of their own lives – radiant, brave, and inspired.

Utopia in Arm Wrestling by Emilija & Džiugas

I'm Emilija, international arm wrestling champion of Vilnius Cup 2023, and Džiugas, a prizewinner of national arm wrestling competitions – and we’re excited to be this year’s referees. Our goal is to ensure a fair, safe, and truly utopian arm wrestling experience, where we’ll avoid injuries and live through the hottest night together! Here, we are all winners – this is a celebration of community, joyful movement, and wholehearted support for one another.
